Josh is the Founder, and Chief Financial Officer of Police Pictures. His duties include the handling of partnerships, financials, event planning, website design, and maintaining the organizations social media handles. To add to his volunteer and leadership experience, he is also a 4 year Alumni of the Lorain County Junior Fair Board, where he served as an executive member, along with 5 years in a 4-H club serving as the treasurer and a member of the National Honor Society. He is also the Class President of his high school graduating class of 2019, and served on the Teen Leadership Corps. He has a passion to show support for those in the first responders community. He has obtained an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. The experience that he has gained from working with these organizations, has really helped to deepen his understanding of why first responders and their families need our support. He is also a strong advocate for collaborating with other organizations to work together towards one mission- supporting first responders.

Breanna Dechant
Board President

Breanna is the Board President of Police Pictures. Her main role is to lead the Board of Trustees. She is currently working as a Police Dispatcher. She is also an alumni of Firelands FFA, Lorain County Junior Fair Board, and the Secretary of the Northern Stars 4-H Club. Bre was also involved in Teen Leadership Corps, as well as competitive cheer. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her cats Boogie and Muffin. Last but not least, Bre is a big supporter of our law enforcement officers.
David Hebebrand
Board Vice President
Having Served Since: July, 2020
David Hebebrand is our Police Pictures Board Vice President. He works closely within our Facebook page. He also runs a segment within our organization called Department In The Spotlight. David’s ambitious about working with the community and strives everyday to push himself to the best of his ability. He currently is a devoted student of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. David has gone on a number of ride alongs within Medina and Cuyahoga County and he also received the opportunity to take his graduation pictures with the Ford Interceptors from the Brunswick Police Department. He is enrolled at Cuyahoga Community College, but will obtain his bachelors from Baldwin Wallace University. He is excited to embark on his chosen career path of becoming a law enforcement officer.
Samantha Goolsby

Samantha Schwartz is the new Board Secretary for Police Pictures. She is attending the University of Arizona Global Campus for her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Administration. She volunteered as a Better Together Regional Representative through her workplace which strives to give each employee a voice. She joined the organization because she has an increasing interest in law enforcement. Her goal is to support the law enforcement community and promote positive policing.
Genalda Finley

Genalda Finley is the the Board Treasurer at Police Pictures. She is in charge of working hand in hand with the Chief Financial Officer. In addition, she is also a 20-year-old college Sophomore studying to become a Surgical Technologist. Genalda is also a 3 year Alumni of the Lorain County Junior Fair Board, along with 13 years in the Northern Stars 4-H club, and a 4 year Alumni of the Firelands FFA. She was also a member of the National Technical Honors Society and National Honors Society. Lastly, she graduated with the class of 2019 with 11 college credits towards her degree. Even though she is not going into a criminal justice career, first responders have and will always hold a spot in her heart.

Hello everyone, my name is Dylan. I am a Board Member for Police Pictures. I got interested in Police Pictures was when I was scrolling through Instagram and saw a picture and liked it and then followed them! All because of a hashtag. I am a Junior at C-Tec studying Criminal Justice. After school, I will work in Private Security then will go through the police academy. Furthermore, I will apply to the Heath Police Department. I am happy to be part of Police Pictures and can't wait for what the future holds for us!
Rylee Phillips

Rylee is a Board Member at Police Pictures. Her main role is to help run our Twitter handle. Rylee attended EHOVE for Criminal Justice. She will be attending a local college to get her dispatching certification. After this, she wants to be a Deputy Sheriff and have a K9.
Star Vaughn

Having Served Since: June, 2020
Star is a Board Member for Police Pictures. She has had many roles in leadership. She was President of a volunteer group named FCCLA. She has also participated in many teams such as cross country and track. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and trying new things.
Taylor White
Board Member
Having Served Since: July, 2022
Taylor is a Board Member for Police Pictures. Taylor has helped us at events over the years, and has always stepped up when needed. In his free time, he enjoys doing vehicle photography, and spending time with his friends. Taylor had once had an interest in a career in law enforcement, he completed a criminal justice program in high school at his local career center. Taylor will always have utmost support for law enforcement officers.
Keirston Warner
Board Member
Having Served Since: July, 2023
Keirston is the youngest Board Member at Police Pictures. In her free time, she is an Explorer with the Oberlin Fire Department and Oberlin Police Department. Keirston is a Senior at the LCJVS studying public safety to obtain her Emergency Medical Technician Certification. She has also proudly served for 5 1/2 years in the Young Marine program. She is a second generation EMT.
