THE EXECUTIVE TEAM
Josh Kelly
Josh is the Executive Director and Founder of Police Pictures. He used to serve as the Chief Financial Officer. His duties include the handling of partnerships, financials, event planning, website design, and maintaining the organizations social media handles. Josh has worked part time as an Auxiliary Patrol Officer since 2021. To add to his volunteer and leadership experience, he is a 4 year Alumni of the Lorain County Junior Fair Board, where he served as an executive member, along with 5 years in 4-H serving as the Treasurer and a member of the National Honor Society. He is also the Class President of his high school graduating class of 2019, and served on the Teen Leadership Corps. He has a passion to show support for those in the first responder community. He has obtained an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice. The experience that he has gained from working with these organizations, has really helped to deepen his understanding of why first responders and their families need our support. He is also a strong advocate for collaborating with other organizations to work together towards one mission- supporting first responders.

Desmond Ragland
Desmond is the Board President at Police Pictures. Shortly after joining, he began participating in events to support the cause at Police Pictures as much as possible. Aside from Police Pictures, he has been a Full Time Law Enforcement Officer since 2021. He has also volunteered his time at Lorain County Community College Police Academy since 2021, serving as the Class Mentor, and is on the Board of Trustees for a Community Theatre in Amherst. He is also an avid coffee connoisseur, and is extremely excited to have a hand in this amazing 501(c)(3), supporting & Humanizing Law Enforcement.
Nick Goolsby
Nick is the new Board Vice President at Police Pictures. Nick Goolsby brings in experience from DK Security, a Private Sector Security company in Michigan. Nick attended Oakland Community College for a Criminal Justice degree and uses networking opportunities through the private sector in addition to Police Pictures to further support and humanize law enforcement agencies.
Samantha Goolsby
Samantha Goolsby is the Board Secretary for Police Pictures. She has her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education Administration and is currently the Director of a Preschool. She strives to give each employee a voice and a healthy workplace. She joined the organization because she has an increasing interest in law enforcement. Her goal is to support the law enforcement community and promote positive policing.
Keirston Warner
Keirston is the Board Treasurer at Police Pictures. Keirston is an Explorer with the Oberlin Police Department and the Oberlin Fire Department. She is currently a senior at LCJVS to obtain her Emergency Medical Technician certification. Her goal with Police Pictures and in life is to be better and to work harder to reach her goals. After high school Keirston plans on going to school to get her Paramedic certification and to continue her education in the medical field.

William Goolsby
Will is a Board Member of Police Pictures. He is a Co-Founder, and formerly served asthe Chief Executive Officer. He handles the overall operations, as well, he manages our organization's staff members. Will works as a Private Security Police Officer! He is in constant contact with the Law Enforcement community, so he will have many cool pictures and videos to provide! He currently holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, and many certifications in law enforcement and emergency management operations. He proudly supports our LEO's & CO’s who sacrifice their lives daily to keep us all safe!
Breanna Dechant
Breanna is a Board Member of Police Pictures. She formerly served as the Board President. Her main role is to lead the Board of Trustees. She is currently working as a Police Dispatcher. She is also an alumni of Firelands FFA, Lorain County Junior Fair Board, and the Secretary of the Northern Stars 4-H Club. Bre was also involved in Teen Leadership Corps, as well as competitive cheer. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her cats Boogie and Muffin. Last but not least, Bre is a big supporter of our law enforcement officers.
Taylor White
Taylor is a Board Member for Police Pictures. Taylor has helped us at events over the years, and has always stepped up when needed. In his free time, he enjoys doing vehicle photography, and spending time with his friends. Taylor had once had an interest in a career in law enforcement, he completed a criminal justice program in high school at his local career center. Taylor will always have the utmost respect for law enforcement officers.
