Order Processing Times

After an order is placed, it can take up to 14 days to get it ready to ship. Typically, orders received after 8 pm will be processed the next business day. 

Domestic Shipping Options 
ONLY Domestic shipping is offered at this time. 
Currently, FREE Shipping is not offered, due to being a small 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization. 
Shipping rates are offered by USPS based on the weight, size, and location of your order. 
 

COVID-19 Possible Delays

Delivery may be affected by unexpected delays due to USPS shipping delays. 

While we do everything we can to get each order shipped out as soon as possible, we, unfortunately, do not have any control over these outside complications.
Please know your order *will* get to you, however, there is a chance it may take a little extra time!

Transparency around returns, changes, and cancellations

Cancellations: can be accepted. 

Changes can be accommodated within 1 hour of placing your order. 

Returns: There are currently no returns accepted.
As a small 501(c)(3), this is not something we can accommodate.
